Callyn Bedker
Growing up, my parents taught me to work hard, enjoy what you do and that people matter. That is why I do what I do; I thoroughly enjoy my work as an estate planner and elder law attorney. I find that each person I meet has a story, and that story matters.
My History.
I was raised just northwest of the Twin Cities, in Buffalo, MN. While in high school, I met my husband, Alex, and we welcomed our first little one in May of 2020.
I was admitted to practice law in Minnesota in 2015. Soon after, I started as an Associate Attorney with an estate planning and elder law firm in far southwestern Minnesota. In 2019, I was accepted into the Iowa State Bar and maintain my licensure there. I have traveled across Minnesota and Iowa throughout my legal career, helping clients create and maintain plans that achieve their goals.
My goal is to continue teaching and working with clients to set up their estate plans, pass on their businesses and protect what they find important.
Since graduating, I have taught the public at community events, professionals in continuing education seminars, and have been involved in private meetings on the topics of Medical Assistance and Estate Planning.
